Our Mission:

The purpose of the Holmes County Dog Warden’s Department is to provide a safe environment for the citizens of Holmes County through enforcement of animal control laws, which protect the health, safety and welfare of animals and people.

We pledge to encourage humane values through education and to offer compassion to the animals entrusted to our care.

The Holmes County Dog Warden’s Department is responsible for providing hope to the homeless dogs of Holmes County and is fully committed to finding these dogs permanent homes.
