When filing a lost dog report, it is important to provide as much information as possible. Our officers work hard to return dogs to their proper homes and can do so much more efficiently with good descriptions and information. You can submit a lost dog report below or you can call the shelter at 330-674-6301. It is never to soon to report your lost pet.
Please keep an eye on our found dogs page, as the dogs you see on that page are all dogs that have been picked up running at large in Holmes County and have not been claimed by their owners. These dogs are housed for 72 hours if not wearing a current tag, or 14 days if they are wearing a current tag, before they are put up for adoption, sent to a rescue, or in some unfortunate cases, euthanized.
