Each year dangerous dog owners are required by law to renew their dangerous dog registrations in the same manner in which the initial registration was obtained. If you are renewing your dangerous dog registration please complete the form below. All information requested is required such as photos of the dog, enclosure, signs posted, current rabies vaccination information. We understand that some information will not change such as the dogs spay/neuter status and microchip # and therefore we do not request that info at this time. Other elements of the registration are subject to change and satisfactory evidence is required.
